The Green Choice
Every bike is used for as long as possible
We own and maintain our bikes ourselves. That lets us plan how each bike is used – at partner hotels, for groups and at events – instead of buying new bikes for every occasion.
Bikes that are already in use
Group and event bikes come from the same fleet we run for Copenhagen hotels, so existing bikes are used more instead of standing still.
Reuse and a longer life
When a bike leaves a hotel, it is rented out again for groups and events, and finally sold on as a used bike.
Maintained in our own workshop
Our mechanics service and prepare every bike between uses, so it stays safe to ride and in use for longer.
Cycling as transport at events

Questions
Good to know before you book
What happens if a bike breaks during the day?
Call us. Our service van is with you in under 30 minutes and replaces the bike on the spot. We are on standby from 06:00 to 24:00, and it is included free with our 365 Service.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, especially in the summer. Groups of more than 10 bikes always need to be booked in advance. Short notice? Call us and we will check what is possible.
Where can you deliver the bikes?
To your hotel, venue, office or meeting point in Copenhagen. We agree the time and place with you, and we collect from the same place or another one if that suits the programme better.
What if the plan changes?
Just tell us. We adjust the number of bikes, the time or the place. That is part of the job.
Can the group ride on its own?
Yes. Seven routes through Copenhagen with audio stories at each stop are included, so the group can explore without a guide.
Do you also have e-bikes and cargo bikes?
Yes. Choose them in the request, and tell us how many of each you need.
